Rules of Using the Olympic Club Loyalty Card

  • To apply for Olympic Casino client card, please fill in the application form and submit it to the casino personnel with your ID. You will get the first client card for free.
  • To collect bonus points please insert Your card to the card reader while playing the slot machine or let the dealer register Your card before You start the game on the table.
  • Client card is personal and must not be given to another person.
  • If the owner hasn’t been using the card for a year, Olympic Casino has the right to cancel the card and already existing points on the card.
  • The bonus point exchange rate is 100 bonus points = 1. The minimum bonus point amount to be exchanged for cash is 100 points, which is 1.
  • You must show Your ID to use the bonus points while paying for goods and services.
  • Olympic Casino is entitled to arrange the bonus points on the card in case of system error, any kinds of mistakes and cheating.
  • Olympic Casino is entitled to change client card benefits.
  • Olympic Casino staff’s family members and relatives cannot have nor use the client card and client card discounts.
  • If You have lost Your client card or it has been stolen, You must immediately contact the Olympic Casino reception by phone no 8 5 211 11 10 (24h).
  • For every next client card is charged free of charge. Olympic Casino is not responsible for lost and stolen cards. If a client lost a loyality card he must inform Olympic Casino reception immediately.
  • You can close Your client card by writing an appropriate application. You can write the application in every Olympic Casino.
  • In case of breaking the Gambling Law of Lithuanian Republic and gambling rules of Olympic Casino or house regulations Olympic Casino has the right to end contract with the client and not allow to serve the client in casinos without setting term.
